The Hand-waving Dance is the most popular ancient dance of the Tujia people. In the past, it was a kind of martial dance and used in fighting with enemy.  Clothing and Costume

  Accordeing to local chroinles,the  Tujia people-both men and women ,wear a shore uper garment and no shoes,They cover their head with a cloth and ten to dya their clothes n averirty of colors. Fornerly, the TUjia minority wore handmade clothing which was dyed blue and black.
